Nacelle Landing Lights
The Nacelle Recognition lights are mounted in the engine nacelle's outboard of the spinner. The lights are controlled by the pilot and can be turned on during operations in congested areas. They are rated at 25,000 candlepower per light and are extremely helpful during landing operations at small airports. Later model Shrikes are equipped with retractable landing lights and have airspeed restrictions for deployment. The Nacelle Recognition lights eliminate that speed restriction during high-speed descents. The STC is approved for all flat nacelle 500 and 600 series Twin Commanders. The kit can be installed in 20 hours. An optional Pulse Light system can be installed. Call for pricing.
